The grey color indicates concrete material used exclusively on the ground floor, providing structural stability and defining the foundational layer of the housing complex. The design proposes innovative 3D-printed concrete construction for transition spaces and common areas within the community housing complex, enabling rapid construction while maintaining architectural quality. This approach creates flexible, adaptable spaces that serve as social connectors between private living areas. Single and double unit private living spaces are represented by the light beige container-shaped housing, primarily located on the second floor to ensure privacy and optimal natural lighting. The modular system allows for various unit configurations, accommodating different family sizes and housing needs while maintaining consistent design language throughout the development.
